No. The organiser's paper (or digital) brevet card and your club's validation remain the only official record of your ride. Hors Délai is your own personal logbook alongside it — a place to see your control windows, log your own arrival times, and keep a photo of each stamp as your own back-up.

No. Every control time is calculated on your device using the ACP formula, from the control distances you type in. The app never needs a signal, which is the point at the bottom of a valley on a brevet.

Opening times use the ACP maximum speeds (34 km/h up to 200 km, 32 up to 400, 30 up to 600, 28 up to 1000). Closing times use the minimum speeds (15 km/h up to 600 km, then 11.428 km/h to 1000 km), with overall limits of 13h30, 20h, 27h, 40h and 75h for the 200 through 1000. All times run from your brevet's official start.

Only so you can attach a photo of a stamped card or a receipt as your own proof of passage at a control. Nothing is uploaded — the photo stays on your device, inside the app's own storage.

Open a brevet from the Plan tab, then go to Food & sleep. Set your pace, add stops, and use the sleep finder to see, control by control, the latest bed that still leaves a safe bank all the way to the finish.

Yes. Settings → Erase all ride data removes every brevet, arrival log, photo and setting from the device immediately. Deleting the app does the same.

You can build any brevet by hand: enter its control distances from the organiser's route sheet and Hors Délai works out every window, for any ACP-rules distance from 200 to 1200 km. Use the form below if a sample route sheet is missing or wrong for your club.
